About YIan

Nippon Yian Co. is a subsidiary of China Shiye Shijian Group. Building upon the experience and service philosophy cultivated since 1999 in Shanghai in the field of integrated chemical material sales and logistics, the company has continued to evolve and expand its expertise.

After accumulating extensive industry operation experience and a global perspective, the company officially entered Japan’s real estate development sector in 2018, establishing its Tokyo headquarters and launching a new strategic layout for the Japanese market.

We leverage cross-border capital management and hotel/vacation-rental operations to integrate global resources and maximize group synergies. We provide one-stop solutions from land development and asset revitalization to hotel and short-term rental operations, pursuing the re-creation of urban value and sustainable growth.
