Our company is a subsidiary of China Industrial Construction Group. Building upon our experience and service ethos in integrated chemical raw material sales and logistics services, which began in Shanghai in 1999, we have continued to develop and expand. After accumulating a solid foundation in industrial operations and gaining an international perspective, we formally entered the Japanese real estate development sector in 2018. We established our headquarters in Tokyo, initiating a new strategic layout for the Japanese market.

Nihon I-An Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, with our office located in Meguro Ward, Tokyo—a neighborhood where culture and creativity converge, and the very starting point of our unique travel dreams. We are not only a company engaged in hotel and guesthouse operations and travel experience product development, but also a group of idealists passionate about building dream journeys.

Currently, we manage 30 buildings, each with its own distinct character—from traditional Japanese inns surrounded by cherry blossom trees to modern hotels featuring rooftop terraces overlooking the city's nightscape. Each property showcases Tokyo's diverse charm and our unwavering commitment to spatial aesthetics.

We have a dedicated property development team that continuously explores new possibilities in creative design and space utilization. Meanwhile, our OTA operations and customer service teams provide efficient and attentive service, ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and pleasant experience from booking to check-in.

In terms of logistics, we have established a robust operational support team to drive sustainable development, striving to reduce environmental impact and create a fresh, comfortable, and eco-friendly accommodation experience for our guests.
